Mandatory Manufacturer StandardBracket Mounting & 1 Meter Forward Distance MANDATORY SPEC
The distance between the ÇARPDUR unit and the door portal / frame must be exactly 1 meter (100 cm). Secure rigid steel cantilever brackets to ceiling beams or walls extending 100 cm ahead of the door plane.
Suspension Chain & 5 cm Lower Clearance Offset MANDATORY SPEC
For complete protection, the bar must be hung 5 cm below the top beam of the door. Chain length must be at least 1 meter of steel chain to absorb impact energy via pendulum swing.
12V DC Adapter & Enclosure Placement
Mount the 12V DC safety adapter in an enclosed junction box and always use the protective cable conduit. Low voltage eliminates any electrical shock hazard for facility personnel.
Siren Duration (5–40s) & Sensor Calibration
Adjust dual siren alarm duration between 5 and 40 seconds via the onboard trimpot. Calibrate the internal accelerometer sensitivity to react cleanly to physical impact while ignoring light building vibrations.
Mechanical Connection & Rigidity Inspection
Inspect all bolts, anchor studs, eyebolts, carabiners, and chain links with a torque wrench. Ensure there is zero mechanical play and that the unit swings freely without striking structural obstructions.
Test Triggering & System Commissioning
Simulate contact by gently tapping the bar. Confirm both sirens sound loudly, strobe flashers trigger simultaneously, and the alarm shuts off automatically after the preset duration.
